The hop itself is fairly long in size and tightly packed together.
It has a clean, spicey, peppery bitterness with a medium "hang time".
The flavour and aroma descriptors sound amazing - grapefruit, citrus, passionfruit and other summery fruits.
The cleaner flavour profile allegedly allows for more hops to be used without any nasty side effects,
just maximum flavour and aroma. Seriously high oil content, more than we've seen in any other hop.
Possible Substitutions : Galaxy (AUS)
Common Beer Styles : New World APA and IPA, Australian Ale, American Pale Ale,
American IPA/DIPA, Amber Ale... could even make for an interesting Saison.
